Our Compliance team has responsibility for the periodic audit of all relevant departments and for approving sales and marketing tools such as call scripts.

FSA Regulations

FTS are authorised and regulated by the FSA and our FSA registration no. is 311787. FTS is authorised to undertake marketing and selling activities for non-investment insurance contracts on behalf of other appropriately authorised firms.

Distance Marketing Directive

FTS has reviewed all call scripts in relation to compliance with the Distance Marketing Directive (DMD) that came into effect in October 2004.
