Candidates for interview are selected according to strict criteria which provide the basis for a competency-based assessment interview. The ability to communicate is viewed as the most important skill.

Senior Management profiles

The Executive Board of FTS comprises Mark Cleary, Managing Director, Chris Mills and Steve Williams, joint Managing Directors of Cardif Pinnacle, Tony Dreyer, Group Finance Director.

Mark Cleary is supported by a team of specialist senior managers with expertise in Call Centre Operations, Client Services and Business Development.
