FTS carried out an extensive search of many locations across the UK to find the ideal place to establish its second site. The Suffolk area hosts a wide availability of skilled employees which provides both an excellent pool of labour and a beautiful working environment. So, where better for FTS to place their second site than the 'Sunrise Coast' of Lowestoft!

Our site in Oulton Broads, Lowestoft was opened in April 2006 and currently hosts 55 outbound seats with the capability of increasing to 210 seats in the future. We already have a dedicated workforce within the site to grow and develop the FTS Lowestoft brand in line with our core values. FTS Managing Director, Mark Cleary, says he's delighted that the search for an appropriate location concluded in the East of England:
